There's a tiny plastic cover on the other side of the connector that you need to slide off to release the belt wire connector(color green). As show on the picture.

From another angle. After sliding the tiny cover off, you can now see and access the green connector(belt buckle receptacle wire).

You can now pull and slide out the small green connector from the big connector. This green-connector is the belt buckle receptacle wire connector).
