Plastic seat rail covers removed from the front portion of the slider rails. They must be removed from the rails in order to access the front mounting bolts. Pull the tabs in the center portion of the covers up and slide the covers off by pulling them forward towards the foot well.

***Note1: If you have electric seats...Raise the seat bottom to it's highest position. This makes it easier to access and remove the seat belt recepticle plug wire from the main electrical harness under the seat prior to pulling the seat out of the car.

***Note2:YOU MUST REMOVE IGNITION KEY FOR THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION PROCESS, OTHERWISE A WARNING LIGHT WILL COME ON AND WILL NEED TO BE RESET AT THE DEALER***

It helps to use a driver extender piece, especially for the inside bolt near the center console since the seat slider lever may be obstructing the bolt somewhat.

Here is the view of the wiring harness after it has been unplugged. To unplug the unit after the seat bolts have been removed, cut the plastic tie straps and pull out the sides of the larger female plug recepticle that remains with the stock seat since it is wired into it. The harness is accessible by tilting the seat on it's side with the underside of the seat facing the rear center console. You can access the driver's side wire harness from the passenger side and vice versa once the seats are on their sides.
