Lower bolt is the axle bolt as provided in Meistersatz Axle Boot Repair Kit 441498203A. The upper bolt is the correct 17mm hex bolt for the axle. Both are hardened to 8.8 but the non-standard bolt is not low profile and has not been tapered at the head. Previous kits had the correct bolt.
